The Problem
A startup wanted to connect investors with inventors through a structured marketplace — think LinkedIn meets AngelList but focused specifically on innovation partnerships. They needed a working prototype quickly to validate the concept with real users.
My Approach
Adalo was the right tool for this validation stage — it handles dual-sided marketplace logic, user roles, and matchmaking workflows without the cost of a full custom build. I built investor and inventor profile flows, a connection request system, admin moderation tools, and Calendly integration for scheduling intro calls.
